Christmas Payments
Please allow more time for your payments over Christmas to reach the receiving bank and make any important transfers and payments as soon as possible. We advise that you make payments on or before Monday 23rd December to ensure that funds are received on time. Wednesday 25 December 2024, Thursday 26 December 2024, Friday 27 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025 are all Bank Holidays.
Online payments in or out, we cannot guarantee they will be processed between Tuesday 24th December and Friday 27th December and they may not be credited to your account until Monday 30th December.
Recurring payments due to leave your account between the 24th and 27th of December 2024 may not be debited until Monday 30th December.
Internal transfers made through your online banking (e.g. from your Shares to your Current Account or from your Current Account to your Loan Account) will process instantly over the Christmas period.
Payments due into your account on Tuesday 31st December 2024 and Wednesday 1st January 2025 may not be credited to your account until Thursday 2nd January 2025.
