PLEASE READ THE CHECKLIST BELOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION
(1) Review our common bond to see if you are eligible to join. If you are working in our common bond – please upload a pay slip for your proof of PPSN.
(2) We can only accept online applications for single accounts who are over 16.
(3) Please fill in all sections of the form, as incomplete fields will delay in processing your application. If you require an explanation of what is needed, please check out our Membership What’s What
(4) You can save a partial application if you need to gather information, it will be saved for you for 14 days. Take note of the reference number on your application, you will need it.
(5) You can scan the documents required or photograph them with your phone. Please make sure they are from the lists below:
Take a snapshot of yourself, with your phone. This should be a “selfie”, passport style photo, you must be facing forwards in your photo with a neutral expression and the photo must be a true and current likeness of you and upload it when asked.
Upload your Photo ID – we can only accept a Valid and in date
