1. Visit enniscorthycu.ie
2. Click “REGISTER Online” – at the top of the page (desktop) or in the menu (mobiles)
3. Create your username.
4. Fill in the online form.
5. Keep a note of your username and password.
6. A member of our staff will contact you to verify your identity.
7. You will receive your PIN by text.
8. Once you receive your 8-digit PIN by SMS, you will be able to log in to your online banking (this PIN is only requested the first time you log in).

1. Visit enniscorthycu.ie
2. At the top of our website, click the Login button if on a desktop or the Online Banking button if on a mobile.
3. Enter your Username (case sensitive) and click Log In – Entering your email will not allow you to log in.
4. Enter your Password (case sensitive) and click Continue. – Entering your 8-digit PIN will not allow you to log in.
5. Click the green button Send Via SMS to get a 4-digit OTP (One Time Passcode) sent to your mobile.
6. Enter your OTP into the input box and click the green button I Approve This Activity.
7. For your first log in, you will have to now enter your 8-digit PIN which was sent to your mobile after your online banking registration was processed. Going forward, you will only need to complete steps 1-6 to log in.

• The first time you log in, you will be asked to create a memorable word which can be used to request a new password if forgotten.

Problems logging in?

Website Login

• Check if you are putting your pin in as your password. (The password is usually letters and numbers, this is the password you created when you registered, the Pin is 8 digits which you received by text)
• Are you not receiving One Time Passcode to your phone? Check with the Credit Union that your number is correct on our system.
• If you are not receiving the One Time Passcode, please check you have signal on your phone. If you do not try requesting the One Time Passcode ‘in APP’.
• Please do not save your Passwords on your device – enter them manually each time you log on. For example, the OTP will be different every time you log in. In some circumstances the browser can populate the incorrect fields e.g. One Time Passcode with a saved password, resulting in a failed log in attempt.
• Members using Internet Explorer are having some issues logging on to the new system – please try Chrome or Firefox.

App Issues

• If the app does not allow you to log in, you may need to go on to www.enniscorthycu.ie and log in there. This is an added security measure which needs to be done every 90 days. Once you do this your log in for the app will work as normal for 90 days.
• Not receiving OTP – make sure the phone is on the network and has good reception
• A restart of the device usually resolves the issue as this will force the phone to reconnect to the A2P network.
• Older devices may not show new messages when the inbox is full, therefore empty the SMS-inbox and make use of the default SMS application.
• In order to use Biometrics on your phone using the App – they need to be enabled and set up as your security on the phone first and then must be selected in the App in the Settings of your phone.

If your account has become suspended or you cannot remember your log-in details, please do not register again for the online service.

You may only have one active online account, so please contact the Credit Union to take the necessary steps to regain access to your current online account.
